This a cat which is grown by the people in the coffee plantation. We were told that they feed the wild cat with cocoa fruit and when they excrete the seeds come out which sounds funny but yes,the process is done in that way. Then they dry the seeds, roast and grind them and make the coffee powder. The tour was amazing and all the varieties of coffee (14 varieties were served) tasted so good which grabbed us to the store to pick few flavours for us.
