Instant tomato 🍅chutney

Tomato Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Mustard seeds                                                                    - 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek / methi seeds                                                    - 1 tsp
  • Tomato                                                                               - 2 
  • Salt                                                                                     - as per the taste

For thadka:


Oil,jeera,mustard seeds,Turmeric, hing,urad dal & chana dal    - 1 tsp each

Procedure:

Step 1:
Grind mustard and fenugreek seeds into a coarse powder.

 Step 2:
Heat oil and add all the thadka ingredients mentioned above and allow the mustard and jeera seeds to crackle.
 Step 3:
Add the chopped tomato pieces into the pan.
 Step 4:
Once the tomato softens, add the ground Mustard and fenugreek powder to the pan.
 Step 5:
Add salt and cook until the chutney releases oil.
