Navadhanya dosa/ protein dosa

Ingredients:

  • Mixed pulses                        - 1 bowl / 100 gms
  • Rice                                      - 4 tsps
  • Urad dal                               -  tsps
  • Curd                                     - 1 cup
  • Salt                                       - as per the taste
  • Onions & green chilies         -to garnish

Procedure:

Step 1:
Soak Mixed pulses(navadhanya), rice and urad dal in a bowl for 5hrs.





 Step 2:
After 5 hrs add curd to it before grinding.
 Step 3:
Grind all the ingredients into a smooth batter, add salt and allow it to ferment overnight.
 Step 4:
Spread dosa batter into a spiral shape with the help of a laddle and spread few tsps of oil.

 Step 5:
Add finely chopped onions and green chilies to enhance the taste.

Step :
Enjoy the crispy and healthy dosa served with peanut chutney or gun powder.
