Veg stock soup

Ingredients:

  • Butter                                   -  2 Tsps
  • Garlic                                   -  3 to 4 cloves
  • Onions                                  - 1 medium onion
  • Spring onions                       - 1 bunch
  • Corn flour                             - 1 tsp
  • Salt & Pepper                        - as per the taste

Procedure:

Step1:

Heat butter in a pan.
 Step 2:
Add finely minced garlic to the pan.
 Step 3:
Add finely chopped onions into the pan.
 Step 4:
Add corn flour and mix well.
Step 5:

 Add vegetable stock (water used to boil the vegetables) and stir until there are no lumps.

 Step 6:
Add salt and pepper.
 Step 7:
Add chopped spring onions to the boiling mixture.

 Serve hot with a dollop of butter.
