Baked veggies & cheese

Ingredients:

  • Sliced potatoes                       - 2 
  • Chopped broccoli                   - 1/2 cup
  • Diced tomatoes                       - 1
  • Diced paneer                           - 1/ 4 cup
  • Sliced onions                           - 1
  • Parmesan cheese                    - 1 / 2 cup grated
  • Salt                                            - as per the taste
  • Pepper                                      - 1 tsp
For sauce:
  • Tomatoes                                      -1/2 cup
  • Chopped garl                                - 1 tsp
  • Italian seasoning                          - 1 tsp
  • Red chili sauce                              - 2 Tsps
  • Red chilli flakes                             - 1/2 tsp

Procedure:

Step 1:

Arrange the sliced potatoes along the sides of the oven safe bowl.


Step 2:

Fill the center of the bowl with chopped broccoli.


Step 3:
Fill the bowl with sliced tomatoes and onions.


Step 4:
spread the prepared sauce on top of veggies and sprinkle it with salt & pepper.


Step 5:
Add paneer cubes to it.


Step 6:
Spread grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake it at 350 degree Fahrenheit for  45 mins.




Top it up with grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
