Raw Banana roti
Ingredients:(serves 4)
- Raw banana - 1
- Wheat flour - 4 cups
- Salt - as per the taste
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Procedure:
Step 1:
Boil and mash the raw banana in a bowl.
Step 2:
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and mix well.
Step 3:
Add wheat flour and mix it into a soft dough.
Step 4:
Roll them into rotis and roast on both the sides evenly by applying oil.
Serve hot rotis with curd or pickle.
