GOJJU PODI
Ingridients:
- Dhaniya/ coriander seeds - 1 cup
- jeera seeds - 1/2 cup
- Pepper corns - 1/4 cup
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/8 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1/16 cup
- sesame seeds - 2 tsp
- Ground nut - 1/4 cup
Procedure:
Step 1 :
Dry roast the coriander seeds.
Dry roast jeera seeds.
Step 3:
Dry roast pepper corns.
Step 4:
Dry roast fenugreek seeds.
Step 5:
Dry roast mustard seeds.
Step 6:
Dry roast sesame seeds.
Step 7:Dry roast ground nut / peanut.
Grind all the ingredients together in a blender.
