2 step basic falooda in 10 mins

Falooda

Ingredients:

  • Thin roasted vermicilli                      - 1/2 cup
  • Saffron strands                                   - few
  • Sweet basil seeds / sabja seeds       - 1/4 cup soaked
  • Milk                                                      - 2 cups 
  • Sugar                                                    - 4tsps

Procedure:

Step 1:
Boil milk until it evaporates to 1/4rth of its quanity and add all the remaining ingredients to it and continue boiling.

 Step 2:
Add a layer of soaked sabja seeds and add the prepared falooda to it.garnish it with Hershey's strawberry syrup and serve it cold.
