4 ingredient caramel pudding

Caramel pudding

Ingredients:

  • Sugar                                    - 1/2 cup
  • Agar - Agar                          - 2 tsps
  • Milk                                      - 1 cup
  • Saffron                                 - few strands

Note :

Agar - Agar is vegetarian form of gelatin extracted from plant(sea weed).

Procedure:

Step 1:
Add sugar to the heated pan and stir until it forms caramel.




 Step 2:
Boil agar - agar in a cup of water until it melts completely.


 Step 3:
Add Saffron and melted agar - agar water the boiled milk and stir well.At this point, turn off the stove.


 Now, add the prepared caramel into a glass bowl or any mould.


 Add agar - agar milk in the mould.



Keep it in the refrigerator for about 45 mins.



 Then unmould the caramel pudding into a plate.
