Paneer Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Butter                                                                                   -1/8 of a cube
  • Garlic                                                                                   - 2 cloves finely chopped
  • Onions                                                                                 - 1
  • Veggies- sweet corn, tomato, broccoli, fresh sweet basil   - 1/2 cup each
  • Pasta(any type)                                                                   - 1 cup
  • All purpose flour                                                                - 2 Tsps
  • Milk                                                                                      - 2 cups
  • Italian seasoning                                                                - 1/2 tsp
  • Grated paneer                                                                     -1/4 cup

Procedure:

Step 1:
Heat butter in a pan.


Step 2:
Add chopped garlic to the heated butter.


Step 3:
Add diced onions to it.


Step 4:
Add chopped veggies to it.


Step 5:
Add all purpose flour & salt an stir well until there are no lumps of the flour.


Step 6:
Add milk to the pan and stir well.


Step 7:
Add Italian seasoning to the milk, keep the flame in high and stir continuously.


Step 8:
Add grated paneer  and mix well until the mixture attains creamy consistency.


Step 9:
Add boiled pasta into the sauce and stir well.


Enjoy it hot with extra cheese on top if needed.
