Pistachios pancake

Ingredients:

  • Pistachios                                             - 1/4 cup
  • Milk                                                       - 2 cup
  • All purpose flour                                 - 1 cup
  • Sooji                                                      - 2tsp
  • Whipped cream                                   - 1/2 cup
  • Peach slices & nuts for topping             

Procedure:

Step 1:
Blend pistachios & milk into a fine paste.

 Step 2:
Transfer the grinded paste into the bowl and add sugar to it.


 Step 3:
Add all purpose flour and mix well.

 Step 4:
Add  milk and mix it to form a pancake batter consistency.






 Step 5:
Finally add sooji and stir well.

 Step 6:
pread the batter little thick on a heated pan, brushed with ghee.Roast the pancake  on one side by closing the lid.



 Spread the whisked the whipped cream onto each layer of pancake.Pile the pancakes one above the other spreading whipped cream in between.



 Top it up with a dash of cinnamon powder, chopped nuts and peach slices.
