Plain flour crisps

Ingredients:

  • Plain flour / Maida                    - 1 cup
  • Ajwain / carrom seeds              - 1 tsp
  • Salt & red chilli powder            - as per the taste and spice preferred 
  • Hing                                         - 1 tsp
  • Oil to deep fry

Procedure:

Step 1:
Add plain flour / maida in a bowl.


Step 2:
Add carrom seeds, salt and hing to the flour.

 Step 3:
Add Red chili powder to the flour.


Step 4:
Add little by little water and make a sot dough.


Step 5:
Roll the dough as thin as possible and cut the rolled dough into small pieces with the help of a knife.


Step 6:
Deep fry the cut pieces in the hot oil and enjoy the crisps.


These can be stored for 10- 15 days in an air tight container.
