Green peas & broccoli paratha

Ingredients:

  • Fresh green peas                         - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies                                - 2 
  • Salt                                                - 1/2 tsp / to taste
  • Broccoli                                        - 1 cup
  • Butter                                           - 1/4rth slice
  • Wheat flour                                  - required to make parathas

Procedure:

Step 1:
Grind fresh green peas, green chilies and salt into a fine paste.


Step 2:
Heat some butter or oil in a pan and add jeera seeds.


Step 3:
Add the green chili, peas paste to it and cook until it looses all the moisture.


Step 4:
Now, add the grated broccoli to the pan and cook until the mixture comes together leaving the sides of the pan.


 Step 5:
Roll the wheat flour dough and stuff the dough with the prepared mixture and seal the edges by bringing it together.


 Step 6:
Now roll the stuffed paratha gently by dusting it with wheat flour.


Step 7:
Roast the parathas with butter or oil on both sides.


Enjoy these hot parathas with raw onion slice, thick yogurt and pickle.
