Gulkand coconut dry jamun

Ingredients:

  • Gulkand                                       - 1/2 cup
  • Dry coconut powder                  - 1/2 cup
  • Instant jamun mix                       - 1 cup
  • Milk                                               - required to mix the dough
  • Ghee                                              - required to roll the jamun balls

Procedure:

Step 1:
Blend gulkand and dry coconut powder into a fine paste by adding little milk.

 Step 2:
Make them into small balls to stuff the jamun balls.


Step 3:
Stuff the jamun balls with these gulkand coconut balls and seal the edges. Mould it into the desired shape and deep fry them.




 Note: I didn't add these balls into sugar syrup as gulkand has enough sweetness in it.

Step 4:
Roll the jamun balls in dry coconut powder.
