Sev

Ingredients:

  • Besan flour                            - 2 cups
  • Rice flour                               - 1 cup
  • Salt                                         - as per the taste
  • Carrom seeds / ajwain        - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder                   - 2 tsps

Procedure:

Step 1:
Mix all the Ingredients along with hot ghee into a soft / loose  dough by adding little by little water.

Step 2:
Fill the sev maker with this dough and close it tightly by placing a sev plate at the bottom.


Step 3:
Deep fry them until golden brown.


Serve it by topping it on chats or as it is.
