Pumpkin Cinnamon bread

Ingredients:

Dry ingredients:

  • Plain flour                                         - 3 cups
  • Cinnamon powder                          - 2 Tsps
  • Powdered sugar                              - 1 cup
  • Salt                                                    - a pinch
  • Instant dry yeast                             - 2 tsps
  • Milk powder                                    - 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda, baking powder         - a pinch

Wet ingredients:

  • Honey                                          - 2 twirls 
  • Grated pumpkin                         - 1 cup
  • Milk                                              - required to mix the sticky dough
  • Curd                                             - 2 tsps
  • Any oil to grease                         - 1/2 tsp

Procedure:

Step 1:
Sieve all the dry ingredients in a bowl.


Step 2:
Add all the wet ingredients along with raisins to mix it into a sticky dough.





 Note: As we are using instant dry yeast, proofing is not required.
Step 3:
Transfer the sticky dough into a greased bread loaf pan.


Step 4:
preheat the oven for 5 mins at 300 deg Fahrenheit and place the baking pan into the oven and bake it for 1 hr at 350 deg Fahrenheit(As every oven is different keep checking after every 15 minutes).



Hot yummy home made bread loaf is ready to serve.
