Besan laddu with a twist

Besan laddu

Ingredients:

  • Besan flour                                      -  2 cups
  • Ghee                                                 - 1 cup
  • Sugar                                                - 1 cup
  • Nuts                                                  - handfull of nuts finely chopped
  • Milk powder                                     - 2 tsps

Procedure:

Step1:
Dry roast besan flour / gram flour until it changes its color.


Step 2:
Add ghee to the flour and stir well until there are no lumps.


Step 3:
Add milk powder slurry into the besan mixture.


Step 4:
Add sugar to the besan mixture and stir well until the sugar is melted completely.


Step 5:
Roast until it turns aromatic.


Mould it in the shape of laddus and top it up with nuts.
