Bread roti / Thalipeeth

Ingredients: ( serves 1)

  • Bread                                               - 5 slices
  • Grated carrot                                 - 1  
  • Grated cauli flower                       - 1/2 cup 
  • Coriander                                       - 1 tsp
  • Curd                                                - 1 Tsp
  • Green chilies                                  - 1 to 2
  • Curry leaves                                   - 1 twig
  • Salt                                                  - as per the taste
  • Oil                                                    - required to roast

Procedure:

Step 1:
Add toasted bread powder in a bowl.


Step 2:
Add desired veggies in grated form, I added carrot and cauli flower(capsicum and paneer can also be added), coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilies, salt, curd and mix well into a soft dough.





Step 3:
Pat it on a tawa in the form of a roti or a thalipeeth.


Step 4:
Roast it on both the sides.
