Green Peas Halwa

Ingredients:

  • Green peas                        - 1 cup
  • Fresh grated coconut      - 1/2 cup
  • Cashews                            - hand full
  • Poppy seeds                     - 2 Tsp
  • Milk                                   - 2 Tsp
  • Jaggery                              - 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Step 1:

Add the fresh green peas, fresh grated coconut, cashews, poppy seeds, milk and grind them into a fine paste.





Step 2:
Melt ghee in a pan and add the ground paste to it and cook until its leaves the raw flavor completely.





Step 3:
Add jaggery to the cooked mixture and let it cook until it releases all the ghee from the  sides.
