Kalakand kulfi


Ingredients:

  • Milk                                   - 1/2 ltr
  • Sugar                                 -1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice                      - 1 tsp
  • Kulfi mould                       - as per required 

Procedure:

Step 1:
Bring the milk to boil and add a tsp of lemon juice.


Step 2:
Stir the lemon juice until it separates from water.


Step 3:
Cook until the water is evaporated. Add sugar and stir continuously on a high flame until it forms a lump.


Step 4:
Transfer the kalakand mixture into the kulfi mould and freeze it for 3 to 4 hrs.


Step 5:
Unmould the kulfi and top it with chopped nuts.
