Phool Makhana Kaju Burfi
Ingredients:
- Phool makhana - 2 cups
- Cashews - 1 cup
- Jaggery - 1 cup
- Ghee - 2 tsps
Procedure:
Step 1:
Roast phool makhana in the ghee until it turns crisp.
Step 2:
Grind roasted makhana and cashews into a fine powder.
Prepare thick string consistency jaggery syrup.
Step 4:
Add the ground powder into the jaggery syrup. Stir continuously until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
Step 5:
Grease the plate with ghee spread the mixture evenly and cut it into pieces after it cools down.
