  Rumali Roti

Ingredients:

  • Maida                                                           - 1 cup
  • Wheat flour                                                 - 1 cup
  • Salt                                                               - a pinch
  • Oil                                                                 - 2 spoons
  • Milk                                                              - required to mix the dough

Procedure:

Step 1:
Mix maida, salt, wheat flour, oil into a soft dough by adding warm milk.



Step 2:
Cover the dough and leave it for 15 mins.


Step 3:
Roll the small portion of dough as this as possible.


Step 4:
Reverse the heavy bottom on the stove and turn the stove on until it is extremely hot. Then place the rolled roti on the reversed pan. Keep flipping it continuously until there are  brown spots all over.



Serve hot with a side dish.
