Green chutney paratha


Ingredients:

  • Mint leaves                          - 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves                - 1 cup
  • Salt                                       - as per required
  • Green chilies                      - 2
  • Wheat flour                        -  2 cups
  • Ghee                                    - 2 Tsps

Procedure:

Step 1:
Blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, green chilies into a smooth paste.





Step 2:
Add the grinded paste to the wheat flour and mix it into a soft dough.



Step 3:
Roll them in the form of rotis / parathas and roast with ghee on both sides.


Serve with pickle and curd.
