Guntapanganalu / spicy sooji cakes
Ingredients:
- Sooji - 1 cup
- Green chilies - 2
- Curd - 1 cup
- Salt - as per the taste
- Curry leaves - 1 twig
- Hing - pinch
- Onions - 1
- Baking soda - pinch
Procedure:
Step 1:
Mix semolina / sooji, green chilies, curry leaves, salt, hing, baking soda, onions into a smooth batter.
Step 2:
Place cup cake pan on a non stick tawa on a stove.
Step 3:
Fill the cup cake moulds with the prepared batter. Keep the gas on a medium flame, close the lid and cook for 30 mins. Keep turning occasionally.
Serve hot and enjoy with evening tea.
