Medhu vada
Ingredients:(serves 20 vadas)
- Urad dal - 2 cups
- Dry coconut powder - 1 cup
- Green chilies - 2
- Ginger - 2 tsps
- Onions - 1
- Salt - as per the taste
- Curry leaves - 1 twig
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Oil to fry
- Hing - a pinch
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- curry leaves - 1 twig
- Green chilies - 1
Procedure:

Soak urad dal overnight or at least for 5-6 hours.
Step 2:

Make the desired shape and deep fry the wadas.
Serve hot.
