Mint rasgulla


Ingredients:

  • Mint leaves                  - 10 to 15 leaves
  • Milk                              - 4 cups
  • Sugar                            - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom pods         -  3 to 4  
  • Vinegar                         - few drops to break the milk

Procedure:

Step 1:
Bring the milk to boil, add mint paste( blend mint leaves and water) to it and stir well.



Step 2:
Once the mint milk comes to boil, add few drops of vinegar to break the milk. Then drain all the water from the mixture, knead it well and shape them into small round balls and keep them aside.


Step 3:
Add the prepared balls to the coiling water, close the lid and let it cook for about 5 minutes.


Step 4:
Then add the balls into the sugar syrup with cardamom pods in it.




Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
