Radish chutney / mooli chutney


Ingredients: ( serves 2)

  • Radish                       - 1 cup
  • Green chilies            - 3 to 4
  • Jeera seeds               - 2 tsps
  • Garlic pods               - 4 to 5
  • Salt                             - as per the taste

Procedure:

Step 1:
Heat oil in a pan, add jeera seeds, green chilies, garlic pods and allow it to fry for 5 mins.


Step 2:
Add  roughly chopped radish pieces to the pan and required amount of salt. Close the lid and allow it to cook until the radish pieces are soft and tender.



Step 3:
Blend it into a fine paste and serve it with hot rice.
