Quinoa pizza


Ingredients:

  • Quinoa                                         -  2cups
  • Salt                                               - a pinch
  • Baking powder                           - a pinch
  • Veggies                                        - 1 cup
  • Cheese                                         - 1 cup
  • Pizza sauce                                  - 2 Tsps

Procedure:

Step 1:
Soak quinoa overnight( at least for 8 hrs), add salt, baking powder and blend it into a smooth batter.



Step 2:
Place a parchment paper on a baking tray, spread the batter in the form of a pizza base.


 Step 3:
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 425 degree Fahrenheit, bake the base for 30 minutes at 425 deg Fahrenheit. After 30 minutes, flip the base to the other side and bake for about 10 minutes.



Step 4:
Now, apply pizza sauce on the base, add desired veggies, add salt, Italian seasoning, add grated cheese and bake for about 30 minutes.





Serve hot.
