Cucumber  Kulfi


Ingredients:(serves 3)

  • Cucumber                    - 1                
  • Ghee                             - 2 Tsps
  • Sugar                            - 1/2 cup
  • Milk                               - 1 cup
  • Kulfi mould                  

Procedure:

Step 1:
Melt ghee in a pan and add finely grated cucumber to it.

 Step 2:
Once the cucumber starts releasing ghee from its sides, add sugar and let it cook well for at least 15 mins on a medium flame.


Step 3:
Add milk and allow it to cook for 10 more mins.

Once it is cooled, add this mixture into the kulfi moulds and place it in the freezer for about 8 hours.



Demould the kulfi by placing it in a glass of warm water for few seconds.
