Carrot Ginger soup






Ingredients:

  • Butter                                         - a dollop
  • Finely chopped Ginger            - 1 tsp
  • Carrots                                      - 4 peeled and diced
  • Milk                                            - 1 cup
  • Salt                                             - a pinch
  • Sugar                                          - a pinch
  • Pepper                                       - a pinch

Procedure:

Step 1:
Melt the butter in a pan.



Step 2:
Add sliced onions and finely chopped ginger to it.


Step 3:
Add sliced carrots to the pan.


Step 4:
Add salt, sugar, water and let it to boil.


Step 5:
Once it comes to boil, turn off the stove and let it cool down. Then grind it into a smooth paste.


Step 6:
Add milk, pepper and stir until boil.


Serve hot.
