Ragi Dosa




Ingredients:

  • Ragi Millets                     - 1 cup
  • Rice                                  - 1 cup
  • Urad dal                           - 1/2 cup
  • Salt                                    - as per required
  • Oil                                      - 2 tsp
  • Onions                              -  2 tsp
  • Green chilies                    - 2 tsp


Procedure:


Step 1:

Wash and soak ragi millets, rice and urad dal over night.  Then grind all these ingredients into a smooth batter.



Step 2:

Spread the prepared batter in the shape of  a spiral  dosa on the pan.
 Step 3:

Add finely chopped onions & green chilies on the dosa. Also, add oil to the corners of the dosa.
 Step 4:

Flip the dosa to cook evenly on both the sides.

Serve it hot with any chutney and enjoy!!
