Little Millet soup



Ingredients:

  • Little millets                                    - 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves                                    - handful
  • Green chilies                                   - 2
  • Finely chopped ginger                   - 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds                                - 1 tsp
  • Salt                                                   - as per the taste

Procedure:    

Step 1:
Boil water until it roll boils. then add soaked little millets to the water and little salt.



Step 2:

To add a flavor to the soup, heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped ginger, green chilies(optional). Just saute for a minuter and turn off the flame.



Serve hot. Its healthy, filling and delicious too.
