Pesto Pasta Ingredients: Garlic cloves - 3 to 4 Cashew nuts / pine nuts - 1/2 cup Fresh basil leaves - 1 cup Olive oil - 1 twirl Penne pasta - 2 cups Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 cup Salt - as per the taste Pepper - a pinch Italian seasoning - 1/4rth tsp Procedure: Step 1: Add garlic cloves, handful of cashew nuts, fresh basil leaves, olive oil and grind it into a fine paste. Step 2: Melt butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic to the pan. Step 3: Once the garlic is roasted, add cherry tomatoes to the pan and saute well for few minutes.
